    How it works after registration

    Once registered and identified with their IMMOORO ID, the client can start investing from €10. Each deposit is converted into an IMMOORO token, automatically linked to the current vintage. These tokens represent a real share of real estate assets and are visible from the client’s personal dashboard on the IMMOORO platform.

    Creation of the user account

    The client registers on the IMMOORO platform. A unique identification number (IMMOORO ID) is automatically assigned to them.

    First deposit

    Minimum amount: €10. The deposit is made directly on the IMMOORO platform.

    Conversion into token

    Every €10 = 1 IMMOORO TOKEN. The token’s value remains constant at entry and serves as the unit of participation.

    Automatic allocation

    The token is immediately redirected to the active vintage (for example: Vintage 2026).
